WELCOME TO THIS BLOG! IT'S ALL ABOUT DUTCH BABIES. God they are delicious. Don't know how to make them? You had best learn quick. Luckily, its pretty easy. Here is a recipe from master-blogger-chefstress Zanna:
... melt a stick of butter in a large cast iron skillet -- either in the oven while it preheats to 425 degrees Fahrenheit, or on the stovetop. In another bowl, whisk together 4 room-temperature eggs, 1 c. white flour, 1 c. milk, and 1/2 c. sugar (brown is nice, especially if you sprinkle the babies with cinnamon). Pour the batter into the melted butter and pop it in the oven for something like 20-25 minutes....
